Senior management establishes accident prevention goals and ensures that responsibilities and accountabilities are clearly established and properly assigned. Busy Bee Safety Services provides leadership and expertise in safety program development and management. Operations are provided with the information and resources they require to implement and maintain effective accident prevention programs.
